The storefront is provided for customers to browse products, compare specifications, place orders, review order information, and contact KIVELOLAB for support.

Please do not use the storefront in a way that interferes with normal operation, attempts unauthorized access, submits fraudulent information, abuses checkout functions, or disrupts services used by other customers.

We aim to present useful product information for accessories such as replacement pods, mesh and dual-mesh coils, drip tips, adapters, tank glass, and protective components.

Depending on the product, a listing may include:

• Compatible device or tank series.
• Resistance.
• Capacity.
• MTL or DTL format.
• 510 or 810 connection information.
• Material or component type.
• Pack quantity.
• Dimensions or other specification details.

Minor differences in photographs, packaging presentation, labeling, or appearance may occur because of lighting, display settings, production updates, or supplier packaging changes.

Vaping accessories that look similar are not necessarily interchangeable. A small difference in resistance, connection type, tank size, pod shape, or device generation can make a component unsuitable for a particular setup.

Customers should review the listed compatibility information before ordering. When relevant, compare:

• The exact device or tank model.
• Resistance values.
• Pod or tank capacity.
• MTL or DTL configuration.
• Connection type.
• Size and shape of replacement glass or protective parts.

An order is based on the products, quantities, variations, delivery information, and payment details submitted through checkout.

Orders may require review before fulfillment. Reasons can include inventory availability, payment status, suspected fraud, incomplete shipping details, destination restrictions, or an obvious product or pricing error.

If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we may contact the customer using the information associated with the order.

Please review the cart before checkout. This is particularly important for items sold in several technical variations, such as different coil resistances, pod capacities, or connection formats.

The customer is responsible for checking that the selected product and variation match the intended use before the order is submitted.

Prices may change as products, inventory, promotions, or storefront offers are updated. The price shown during the applicable checkout process is normally used for that transaction unless there is an obvious technical, display, or listing error.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, bundles, and other offers may have conditions or availability limits. A promotion may end, change, or become unavailable without applying to previously completed orders unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available during checkout. Payment services may conduct authorization, security, or fraud checks before confirming a transaction.

An order may remain pending or may not proceed if payment cannot be authorized or if additional transaction review is required.

Customers should provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Incorrect details can delay fulfillment, prevent order messages from reaching the customer, or cause delivery problems.

If information needs correction after an order is submitted, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot always be made once fulfillment or shipping has started.

Replacement parts should be used only with hardware for which they are suitable. Do not force a component into a device, modify it to make it fit, or continue using an item that appears damaged or incompatible.

For coils, pods, glass components, drip tips, or adapters, follow the instructions and technical limitations associated with the relevant device or tank. KIVELOLAB product information is intended to support product identification and selection, not to replace the manufacturer's operating instructions for the customer's hardware.

Vaping-related products and accessories may be subject to age, shipping, import, or possession restrictions depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for checking requirements that apply to them and to the location where the order will be delivered. A product appearing on the storefront does not mean it is permitted in every jurisdiction or accepted by every carrier.

Shipping availability, carrier options, transit time, and import processing depend on the destination and the services available for the order.

Estimated delivery information is not a guarantee of a specific arrival date. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, holidays, address issues, and destination restrictions may affect delivery.

Return, exchange, and refund requests are reviewed according to the condition of the product and the circumstances of the order.

Items that have been installed, filled, used, modified, or exposed to liquid may not be suitable for ordinary return. Hygiene-sensitive mouth-contact items can also require additional review once opened or used.

Products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete can be reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind or compatibility-related requests.

Text, graphics, product presentation, branding, layouts, and original storefront materials associated with KIVELOLAB may not be copied or republished for commercial use without appropriate permission.

Product model names, compatibility references, and third-party brand names may appear where needed to identify the intended use of an accessory. Such references are used for identification and compatibility information and do not imply ownership of those third-party brands.

Checkout, payments, shipping, analytics, and other storefront functions may rely on external service providers. Those services may have their own operating terms and privacy practices.

KIVELOLAB is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside our reasonable control, although we may use information available from those systems to support an order or customer-service request.

Storefront functions may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, network interruptions, payment-provider problems, or other technical events.

We may modify storefront features, product presentation, or available services as needed to maintain or improve the shopping experience.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, KIVELOLAB is not responsible for losses caused by use of an incompatible component, product modification, forced installation, incorrect customer-provided information, misuse of hardware, carrier delays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove customer rights that cannot be excluded under requirements that apply to a particular transaction.

Access or order activity may be restricted where there is evidence of fraud, repeated abusive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, malicious interference with storefront systems, or other activity that creates material risk to customers, KIVELOLAB, or service providers.

These terms may be revised when products, checkout processes, payment services, shipping arrangements, customer-support workflows, or storefront features change.
